Three calculators live here, each built around one compound, so the arithmetic arrives next to that compound's own regulatory record instead of in the abstract. All three do the same thing mechanically. What differs is the reference material printed beside the result, which is usually the number a reader is unknowingly comparing themselves against.
Short answer
What these are: three converters, one per compound, that turn a vial size and a water volume into a concentration, then into the syringe reading a stated amount lands on.
The arithmetic underneath: concentration is vial milligrams divided by water milliliters. A U-100 barrel marks 100 units per mL, so one unit is 0.01mL; a U-40 barrel marks 40, so one unit is 0.025mL.
Why per-compound at all: a general converter handles any vial. A per-compound page can also print what the manufacturer's own presentation runs at, or state plainly that no approved label exists to compare against.
What they will not do: propose an amount. Every field starts empty, nothing is prefilled, and the output is only ever the arithmetic on the numbers a visitor types in.
Scope, not method: the three converters in the tools section are compound-agnostic and will take any vial, any water volume and either barrel scale. These three narrow to one molecule and carry its regulatory record on the same page.
What that adds: the tirzepatide page sits next to the Mounjaro single-dose presentations, the semaglutide page next to the Ozempic pen concentrations and the Wegovy presentations, and the BPC-157 page next to the fact that no approved label exists for it in the United States at all.
Why the absence is the useful part: knowing that a brand product runs at a fixed concentration is what makes a research vial's number comparable. Knowing that no such reference exists is the answer to a question people ask without realising it.
Because the two numbers involved measure different things. A vial label states mass, and a syringe barrel is marked in volume, so a figure in milligrams has no mark attached to it until water has been added.
Concentration is the whole bridge: once vial milligrams are divided by water milliliters, every mark on the barrel has a mass value, and not before. Two vials of the same compound mixed with different water volumes give the same amount at two different readings.

Nothing is prefilled either: a prefilled field is a suggestion wearing a placeholder's clothes, so every input starts empty and the output stays blank until real numbers exist to work on.
And the result is arithmetic, not advice: a converter can tell you what a number becomes on a given scale. It cannot tell you whether that number belongs anywhere near a person, which is a clinician's call with your labs in front of them.
